Canva Pro Subscription Debited Without Notice!
I became a free member of Canva Pro app a month ago. After becoming a free member, I had the right to use it for one month. I purchased it with a virtual card, but the actual card was charged instead. Without receiving any information, message, or warning, my account was deducted with a monthly fee of 99.99 TL. As I was unaware of this, I request the cancellation of my Canva Pro membership and a refund of the fee. I kindly ask for the necessary actions to be taken as soon as possible. In addition, I could not understand how this fee was collected from the other card that I did not inform. I request that this error be corrected as soon as possible.
