My Camper Shoes' Stitching Fell Apart, and Amazon Won't Help Me

On October 12, 2025, I purchased a pair of Camper brand shoes through Amazon with order number 171-7398285-2579522. After using the product normally for about 8–9 months, the stitching on the shoes started coming apart, which makes me think there's a quality problem with the product.
I tried to reach Amazon customer service regarding this issue, but I couldn't find any phone number or email address to contact them. Since I bought the shoes through Amazon from the Camper Turkey seller, I also contacted Camper Turkey, but they told me I needed to contact Amazon for a solution, essentially passing the responsibility back to Amazon. Caught in this back-and-forth between the two parties with no resolution, I've been left completely stuck as a consumer.
To fix the stitching defect on the shoes, I am requesting that my product be evaluated under warranty/defective product coverage, that the shoes be returned and exchanged for a new product, or if that's not possible, that a refund be issued.
