I Face Leather Wrinkling and Wear on Camper Twins Shoes After Only 5 Uses

I bought a pair of Camper Twins leather sneakers from Amazon in March. I only wore them five times—literally five—and by June, the leather on the front of both shoes started to soften, wrinkle, and sag noticeably. Upon closer inspection, I realized the defects weren’t even symmetrical; one shoe looked significantly more deformed than the other. On top of that, the leather is so delicate that it stains easily, and once marked, the spots don’t come off no matter what I try.

The shoes now look like they've been through a construction site, not worn for just a handful of regular outings. I submitted a return request to Amazon, clearly explaining the problem and attaching supporting images. But my request was rejected with a vague excuse stating the product was “not used in accordance with technical specifications.” That’s completely unacceptable for premium leather shoes worn a mere five times.

I demand that Camper and Amazon take this complaint seriously, inspect the faulty product properly, and either replace the shoes or issue a full refund. This kind of deterioration in such a short time is not what I expect from a brand like Camper.
