I Face Lesson Access Limitation on Cambly Despite Annual 5-Day Package

I purchased an annual Cambly package designed for 5 days a week, 30 minutes per day. However, the system only allows me to take 60 minutes of lessons per week, which is far below what I paid for.

I reached out through every available channel over the past two days, clearly explaining the issue and asking for an urgent fix. Unfortunately, I have received no response from Cambly support. Considering the significant amount I paid for this service, this lack of customer care is deeply disappointing.

The absence of a support phone number or a dedicated representative to solve such critical problems makes the experience even more frustrating. I expected better service from such a well-known platform.

I explicitly request the immediate correction of my lesson access according to the plan I purchased, or a full refund. Please resolve this within 14 days.
