I Face Video Conference Failures and Can’t Connect to Tutors on Cambly

I purchased a Cambly plan but I cannot start video conferences when trying to join pre-scheduled or instant lessons with tutors. I first encountered this problem last week and could not use my minutes at all. Unfortunately, the same technical issue is persisting this week as well.

Despite following all troubleshooting steps, the video call screen does not load and the session never starts. I am losing valuable lesson time and feel extremely frustrated, as I paid specifically for real-time tutor interaction.

I have also attached a screenshot showing the error message for your technical team to review.

I explicitly request that my lost minutes be refunded or my subscription be extended, and that this technical problem be resolved urgently. Please resolve within 14 days.
