XM Trading Deposit Not Credited After Google Pay Transfer
I am experiencing an issue with a deposit I made into my XM trading account and I would like this to be resolved as soon as possible. On 6 March 2026 at 3:07 PM, I transferred ₹20,000 via Google Pay to fund my XM trading account (Account ID: 91946***). The payment has been successfully debited from my bank account, but the amount has still not been credited to my trading account, and there is no update on the status of this transaction. The UPI Transaction ID for this payment is 606594651123. I contacted XM support regarding this problem, but I did not receive any helpful support or solution, and my deposit issue remains unresolved. I kindly request that my deposit be traced and credited to my XM trading account as soon as possible, or that I receive a clear explanation and, if necessary, a refund of the amount to my bank account. I expect this matter to be handled urgently and to be informed promptly about the outcome.
