Calzedonia's Poor Quality Bikinis And Even Poorer Customer Service



I purchased a bikini from Calzedonia for the first time this summer, but I regretted it. It fell apart after just 10 days of wearing it. I returned to the store where I bought it (Capacity Mall/Istanbul/Turkey), but even there, they didn't apologize for the poor quality of the bikinis, and they refused to repair or replace it. Despite paying a significant amount for their products and the availability of a digital system, they insisted on needing a printed receipt in 2023. This requirement seems outdated and unnecessary. It's evident that they are unwilling to admit their mistakes, as they claimed I must have used the bikini incorrectly. It's frustrating that they seem to disregard what happens to their products after the sale. These policies, they say, are part of the company's rules.
