BDG Withdrawal Rejected

I am writing to report a serious problem I am facing with the BDG Game platform regarding my withdrawals. I am using BDG Game from India and I have a total balance of approximately ₹22,000 that I am unable to withdraw. When I try to withdraw my money, both UPI and bank withdrawal requests are rejected, and my withdrawal history shows multiple transactions marked as “Rejected” even though the amounts are correctly requested. I tried to reach their customer support, but I am not able to talk to anyone or get any response from them. As a result, my money is stuck on the platform and I am not being given any clear reason or solution. Along with this stuck amount, I have already suffered additional losses on the platform, which makes this situation even more difficult for me. I request that my blocked balance be released and my total amount of around ₹22,000 be paid to me without any further delay. I also want an explanation for why my withdrawals were rejected and for the platform to ensure that such issues do not happen again.
