Deposit Amount Pending

I made a deposit of 7,000 INR to my BDG WIN account on 08/09/2026 via Paytm UPI. The payment was successfully completed on my side, and I have a screenshot showing the deposit attempt with the reference/order number RC202609082207451015945c. Despite this, the amount is still shown as “pending” and has not been credited to my BDG WIN balance. When I contacted BDG WIN support, they only stated that it is still pending and did not provide any clear solution or time frame. I request that my 7,000 INR deposit with reference/order number RC202609082207451015945c be either immediately credited to my BDG WIN account or refunded back to my original payment method as soon as possible.
