Serious Color Bleeding in Calzedonia Kids Leggings

I purchased a total of approximately ₺5,600 worth of products from Calzedonia, both online and in-store, for my child. I encountered a serious issue, particularly with the children’s ribbed leggings. Even though I handwashed them the very first time, the black leggings released dye that transferred onto the purple leggings. There was no warning label on the products indicating that they might bleed color. I had difficulty reaching customer service. I was only able to contact one store, and they told me I could send the product for inspection. However, given that these are children’s products, such heavy color bleeding is unacceptable. I am experiencing the same problem with all of the ribbed leggings. I kindly request that the products be inspected, and if necessary, that a refund or exchange be arranged, and that the inconvenience I have experienced be resolved.
