Return Policy at Calvin Klein Unlawful

I placed an order for a brown jacket from the Calvin Klein Jeans brand with the intention of giving it to my brother-in-law during the holiday season. There were problems with the product when it was delivered. Even though I exercised my right to return the item and had my brother-in-law return it to the Forum shopping mall, the same flawed product was sent back to us from the shopping mall. Although we returned the item in accordance with our return policy, we were not compensated for the inconvenience caused by the jacket's flaws, which included the sleeves having colors that did not match up with each other. I am very disappointed with the brand, I will use my legal rights on the matter.
