First Wash Drastically Blew Calvin Klein Jeans Color

On September 13, 2023, I purchased a black pair of jeans from the Calvin Klein store at Viaport. After wearing them only twice, I decided to give them a gentle 30-degree wash, and to my dismay, the color faded drastically. The pants turned into a dreary, grayish hue, threads unraveled, and despite ironing, the knee imprints persisted.
Seeking resolution, I took the jeans back to the store for inspection. However, the response I received 14 days later left me disheartened - they claimed there was no issue. It's frustrating to see our hard-earned ₺ spent on subpar products. A company that asserts its brand but fails to stand behind its products is disappointing. The lack of a solution-oriented approach is glaringly evident.
