I Report Calvin Klein T Shirt Shrinking and Collar Damage

I bought two large-size Calvin Klein t-shirts from the Ankara Kentpark store on 03.30.2025. The white t-shirt shown in the image shrank by two sizes, and the collar was completely damaged. I followed all the washing instructions exactly as indicated on the label. I sent the product in for review, but it was rejected on the grounds that the issue was consumer-related. However, both t-shirts had the same care instructions, and while one remained intact, the other was completely ruined. Despite this clear inconsistency, it was still blamed on me. A Calvin Klein t-shirt sold for ₺2,249 per piece should not be comparable to low-quality market goods. I am requesting a full refund.
