Calvin Klein Bag Falls Apart in 6 Months, Denied Warranty Claim

We used to consider Calvin Klein a top-tier brand, but it seems we were wrong. The bag we purchased started falling apart from an unexpected place within just 6 months. Despite this being clearly a manufacturing defect, they insisted it was a user error. Our complaints were completely ignored, and we urge you to take a look at the photo – how could such damage result from anything but a manufacturing flaw? There's no question that this is a blatant production error. Don't try to patch up our bag just because you're out of stock. The issue lies with you, and it's high time you rectify it. Otherwise, we'll see you in Consumer Court, demanding compensation based on the updated price.
