My DHgate Order Shows Canceled but No Refund Was Issued
On March 25, 2026, I placed an order on DHgate from İzmir for women's square-frame photochromic blue-light blocking glasses, paying a total of $18.65 via credit card. However, despite a long time having passed, my order has still not arrived.
When I access my order details in the account system, it shows that the order was canceled on April 25, 2026, yet no delivery was ever made to me and no refund was issued. Furthermore, because the option to open a dispute remains grayed out on the platform, I am unable to request a refund or initiate a formal dispute process through the system.
Since my order was never delivered and is marked as canceled in the system, I demand a full refund of my $18.65 payment or the immediate activation of the dispute process so my refund can be processed.
