My DHgate DHL Order Was Delayed Due to War
I purchased two items totaling €94.72 in May under order number 319160268355 on DHgate. Although I was told the items would be shipped via DHL, approximately three months have passed and neither product has arrived.
When I contacted DHgate regarding this delay, they stated that they had still not dispatched the products due to war. Leaving me waiting for such an extended period without offering any concrete solution, while failing to even ship the items, is completely unacceptable to me.
Therefore, I demand an immediate and full refund of the total €94.72 payment made for the two undelivered items. Having been kept waiting for so long with no results, I request that my grievance be resolved without further delay.
Progress
I ordered a skate bag on DHgate on May 18. Months have passed and the product has not been delivered to me in any way, and yet the amount I paid has not been refunded.
The seller and DHgate said the product could not be shipped because of the war, but I have neither received the product nor gotten my money back. Moreover, because they have closed the system, I cannot access my previous messages and details now, which makes it impossible for me to track the process.
Since I have not received my product and no refund has been made, I am suffering. I demand that the full amount I paid for my order be refunded to me as soon as possible.
