I Am Demanding a Written Resolution for My Approved Toshiba TV Replacement

I delivered my Toshiba television to Vestel service on July 7, 2026, due to a defect, and service ticket number 8119534648 was generated. Following inspection, I was informed that the fault could not be repaired and that a product replacement had been approved.

Since the same model was out of stock, I requested an upgraded model; however, I was told that this model is also no longer in production and that I would instead receive a refund equal to the original purchase price paid in 2024. I objected to this offer due to the significant price disparity between my original purchase conditions and today's market value. Subsequently, I received an SMS stating that my replacement process had been initiated and that I would be updated via phone or SMS within three business days.

On July 13, I was assured a response within three business days at most; however, even though that timeframe elapsed, no one reached out to me, forcing me to call back myself. When I called again today, no concrete solution was provided once more; I was told that approval from the resolution center was pending and that I would be called back within 72 hours. I have been kept waiting for days without any clear outcome.

I am filing a complaint regarding the fact that no tangible solution has been provided despite the confirmation that my television cannot be repaired and the official approval of a replacement. I demand that my product replacement process be finalized rapidly and that a clear, written explanation be provided to resolve my grievance without further financial loss.
