Repeated Duplicate Items in Call of Duty Mobile Wild Legendary Crate

Dear Activision Team,

I am writing to express my frustration with an issue in Call of Duty Mobile. While opening the Wild Legendary Crate, I received the same grenade item nine times consecutively. Given the high cost of CP (in-game currency), this experience has been extremely disheartening.

As a dedicated player who spends significant money on your game, I expected more variety and fairness in crate rewards. Receiving duplicate items repeatedly feels unfair and diminishes the excitement of participating in such events.

I kindly request that you address this issue and consider implementing measures to improve the distribution of items in crates. I hope for a prompt resolution and a response to this concern. Thank you.
