I’ve been playing Free Fire for a long time and used to truly enjoy the game. But lately, I’ve been dealing with a persistent and very frustrating issue tied to my account (Player ID: 3117828271). Every time I participate in events, spend diamonds, or open crates, I almost never receive quality rewards. I’ve watched friends around me win cool outfits and powerful weapons with far less effort, while I waste more and more diamonds for nothing in return.

It feels like my account is somehow flagged with a lower “luck level.” Even on the luck-based wheels, I end up spending far more than others and still walk away empty-handed. At this point, it doesn’t feel like bad luck—it feels unfair. My experience is being ruined, and I’m beginning to lose trust in a game I used to love.

Garena, I’m asking you to please review my account thoroughly and ensure that everything is working as it should. I want a fair chance like everyone else. Right now, it feels like I’m being punished just for playing. Please fix this and restore my confidence in your platform. Thank you.
