Call of Duty Mobile Crashes and Lags, No Support Provided

I’ve never experienced issues like this with a game before, but Call of Duty Mobile is full of frustrating problems. While playing, the game frequently crashes and takes me back to the menu. When I log back in, it asks, “Do you want to continue the game?” This happens repeatedly, and the game often freezes.

Enemies disappear mid-battle, and despite having the upper hand, I end up getting killed due to these glitches. I reported these issues to the support team, but all I got were automated, repetitive responses with no real solutions. It’s clear that the support system is ineffective.
