Call of Duty Mobile Draw Issue – Not Receiving Epic Weapon Despite Winning

Dear Call of Duty Mobile team,

I participated in the "Altered Reality" lucky draw, where I won an epic weapon with just 1 CP, but it was never credited to my account. The draw was interrupted, and I was kicked out of the wheel. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me—it’s the fourth instance. Several months ago, during other draws, I won epic weapons three times in the first rounds, but they were never awarded.

I was planning to buy 4000+4000 CP and 8000+8000 CP during the double weekend offer to get two mythic weapon wheels. However, due to these issues, I feel cheated. I even bought 420 CP to test the "Samurai's Soul" series and noticed that rewards over 20 points weren’t credited to my account, and sometimes even smaller ones were missing. I reported this, provided screen recordings as requested, and was told I’d receive a response within 48 hours, but no one contacted me.

You’re abusing the trust of players who rely on fair gameplay. It feels like my funds were taken without proper compensation. This lack of response and integrity is unacceptable, and it seems like there is no honor in the way you handle player trust. I’m deeply disappointed and will no longer invest in your draws. I will make sure others know about the unfair practices in this game.
