I Spent Months Saving for PUBG Crates and Got Only One UMP – I Want Support

I’m very disappointed with the crate opening system in PUBG Mobile. I saved up for over 2 months to open around 12–14 crates, hoping to get at least a decent skin or reward. After all that effort and in-game currency, all I received was just one UMP skin. That’s it. Nothing else.

My username is ħħムnoxħħ and my ID is 5713****31. I genuinely feel let down after putting in so much time and energy into the game. I know these crates have drop rates, but this feels like an unfair return for the amount invested.

Please review my account and this crate drop. I request either a compensation or at least an explanation. PUBG should not leave loyal players feeling cheated. I hope someone from support sees this and responds.
