Unauthorized Trade By Bybit

I am using a TradeFi MT5 standard account from Morocco, and I want to report a very serious issue regarding an unauthorized position that was opened on my account without my permission. On 08.03.2026 at 23:23:22 GMT, a position was opened on my MT5 account even though I did not log in or trade at that time. Since Friday, I had not opened MT5 or even looked at the charts, yet this trade appeared. Normally, every time I open any position, I receive a notification confirming that my order has been opened, but for this specific transaction, I did not receive any notification at all. This clearly shows that the order was not placed by me and raises serious concerns about the security and integrity of my account. This unauthorized position caused a loss and led to a margin call that nearly wiped out my account. I consider this situation as my money being taken from me without my consent through a trade that I did not open, and that was not even notified to me as usual. I have already contacted customer support about this issue, but I have not received any response yet. I request a full refund of all losses caused by this unauthorized trade and a thorough investigation into how an order could be opened on my account without my action and without any notification. I expect this matter to be handled urgently and my account balance to be restored.
