On July 28, 2025, I attempted to register for the Bybit app. During the verification process, I uploaded a photo of my national ID card through the application. However, the verification was never completed, and my registration process remained unfinished. There have been no transactions or account activity on my profile.
Despite this, I am deeply concerned that my personal information and ID photo might fall into the wrong hands. I fear that my name and details could be used without my consent to open accounts, register phone lines, open bank accounts, or perform other transactions.
I request Bybit to notify me immediately if any account openings or suspicious activities occur under my name and to provide guidance on security measures if needed. I also clearly state that I am not responsible for any unauthorized use of my ID information and expect the company to treat this matter with the highest level of sensitivity.
