I Can’t Access My Funds on Bybit After Repeated ID Verification Requests

I completed my identity verification on Bybit on April 18. But on May 8, when I tried to log in and withdraw my assets, I was asked to verify my ID again. I submitted all the required documents immediately, but my account still hasn’t been reopened. It’s been days, and I’m completely locked out.
Because of the restriction, I can’t trade or withdraw my funds — my assets are stuck. Each time I reach out, I receive the same generic response: “Please wait, we will get back to you.” But there’s no real update, no resolution, and certainly no urgency from their side.
This situation is unacceptable. I’ve done everything they asked for, and yet I’m being denied access to my own funds. I demand immediate action from Bybit to lift this restriction and restore full access to my account. The delay has caused me both financial stress and complete loss of trust in the platform.
