ByBit Perpetual Trade Profit Mismatch - Missing Balance Error

I am writing regarding a serious issue I experienced on Bybit while using perpetual trading. On 2 December 2025, I opened a sell position on the PIPPINUSD pair with 20x leverage. At the time of opening the position, my Bybit account balance was a total of 15 USDT. During the trade, the position showed more than 550%+ profit, yet the profit displayed in my account was only about 70 USDT, which does not match the profit percentage shown. In addition to this inconsistency, my initial 15 USDT has also disappeared from my balance, and my account is currently only reflecting the unrealised profit from the open position instead of my full balance including the initial funds. I have not yet been able to contact Bybit customer support about this issue and I am sharing this situation here so that it can be investigated and resolved. I request a recalculation and correction of my PNL for this PIPPINUSD perpetual trade, a refund of the missing 15 USDT that has disappeared from my balance, and a correction of the displayed profit percentage so that it accurately reflects the trade result. I kindly ask Bybit to review the transaction details of my account for this trade and provide a clear explanation, as well as correct my balance and PNL as soon as possible.
