I Face Missing Funds Issue with Bybit TR After 5,000 USDT Transfers

I am experiencing a serious and ongoing problem with the Bybit app that has left me financially stuck for over a month. Whenever I transfer 5,000 USDT from my Bybit Global account to my Bybit TR account, the funds appear within 24 hours as expected—but then, without any explanation, the money disappears from my account. After that, I cannot withdraw it back to my Bybit Global account.
This issue has been happening repeatedly for more than a month, despite multiple attempts to complete the transaction and numerous messages sent to Bybit customer support. I have not received any meaningful response, nor do I get any error messages or warnings during the process. All transactions appear to process like a normal transfer, yet the funds vanish shortly afterward.
I urgently request Bybit to investigate this matter, restore the missing 5,000 USDT to my account, and ensure this problem is permanently resolved. Investors should be able to trust that their funds are safe and accessible at all times.
