Bybit Exchange Nightmare: Deposited Funds Missing, No Customer Support
I deposited funds into the Bybit exchange five days ago, and the funds have yet to appear in my account. I sent an email but received no response. When I attempted to contact their live support, all I received was a message to wait patiently. It's as if they're making fun of me. I've used exchanges like FTX before, but this is a whole new level of aggravation - no responses to my emails, no refund of my money. This situation is vexing, and I'm feeling helpless. It's my money, and the very least I expect is transparency and prompt customer service. Bybit must up its game and address these issues as soon as possible. I'm not alone in having this issue, and it's past time they listened to their customers' concerns.
Day 12, they still have my money.
