Bybit Takes Over a Week to Respond to Refund Requests, Causing Delays
Bybit exchange has been extremely slow in processing refund requests. It’s taking them more than a week to respond to my emails via Gmail, which is unacceptable. These delays are causing significant inconvenience, and I’m feeling stuck without any proper support. As a customer, I expect faster responses and quicker resolutions. I request that Bybit officials address this issue promptly and ensure timely communication in the future. This delay is frustrating, and it's essential that they improve their response times to prevent further inconvenience for their users.
