My Deposit Missing from Bybit Account - No Refund or Support Response
I deposited into my Bybit account, but the funds are not showing up in my account, nor have they been refunded. Despite the money being visible on their end, there has been no resolution or communication from Bybit. It’s been a week, and there’s still no update or response from any support representative. This is incredibly frustrating—how can they hold onto my money without it appearing in my account or issuing a refund? If it’s a technical issue, it should have been resolved by now with the funds credited appropriately. Bybit, please address this issue immediately and return my deposit. This is not the level of service I expected from a trading platform!
