Bvlgari Zorlu Store Provided Poor Customer Service—Ignored My Request

In April, I purchased a Bvlgari watch from the Zorlu store, but since I couldn’t go myself, I had someone else pick it up for me. On April 18, 2024, I visited the store to have the strap adjusted.
There were seven employees in the store, four of whom were standing around doing nothing. A female staff member acknowledged my request and told me to wait five minutes, as the available staff would assist me once they were done with other customers. However, when one of them became available, I was told he would be "counting cash for half an hour" and that I should leave my watch and come back later.
I was understandably frustrated—if I had been buying a new watch, would they have told me to come back the next day? I pointed out the contradiction, and none of the seven employees had an answer. Instead, they prioritized counting cash over providing customer service, especially while foreign customers were in the store.
I left my watch but felt completely disregarded as a customer. This was my third watch purchase from this store, and after this experience, I will never return. Later, I tried calling a former staff member who used to assist me, only to be told that she had left the company, and the person on the phone didn’t even bother to ask how they could help.
