Versace Watch Pin Fell Off After 3 Months, Poor Customer Support

I purchased a Versace watch for over ₺40,000 from Antalya. After just three months, the pin of the steel strap fell off. When I visited the Kentpark store in Ankara, I explained the issue, expecting a simple replacement. Instead, they asked if I had the pin with me, and when I didn’t, they fabricated some excuse and charged me ₺200 for the repair.
While ₺200 isn’t the issue, it’s shocking that a brand selling high-end watches fails to stand behind its products and ensure customer satisfaction. This experience has left me deeply disappointed. I’ve purchased three watches in the last year, but I won’t spend another penny on this brand. Versace needs to reevaluate its approach to after-sales service.
