Burberry Frame Color Faded and Atasun Optik Refused My Warranty Claim

On February 19, 2023, at 18:30, I purchased a Burberry optical frame. After using it for about a year, I noticed that its original color had faded. As soon as I realized this, I went to the Atasun Optik store in Samsun Piazza Mall to ask if it could be covered under warranty. However, they refused, claiming that there was nothing wrong with the glasses and that the warranty period had expired. Later, I went to the Atasun Optik store in Yeşilyurt Mall, where they were more helpful. They confirmed that my warranty was still valid and acknowledged the color fading issue, sending the glasses in for warranty service. However, my warranty claim was rejected. When I asked for an explanation, I was told that my warranty was initially deemed expired (even though it was still valid) and was therefore canceled. Then, another warranty request was sent, but that was also denied. This entire process makes no sense and has only caused me frustration. I sincerely thank Burberry for its worthless approach and for not standing behind its own product. Atasun Optik in Piazza Mall was completely uninterested, and their staff was unhelpful. Because of this, I will never shop at Atasun or purchase a Burberry product again. I shared both the original and current condition of the glasses, but no one helped. This has been nothing but a major inconvenience.
