I Face ₹4,999 Deducted but Not Credited to Parimatch Account

I have a Parimatch betting account with the account ID 772355547. On April 6 at around 1:44 AM, I made a deposit of ₹5,000 via UPI using the PhonePe app. An amount of ₹4,999.40 was successfully debited from my bank account, and I received confirmation messages from both my bank and the payment provider, including the UTR number and receiver account details with the bank IFSC code.

However, on Parimatch, the transaction was marked as failed due to an “amount mismatch,” and the money has neither been refunded nor credited to my betting account. After noticing this issue, I contacted Parimatch live chat support. They created a support ticket but later marked it as resolved without actually fixing the problem.

I then reached out to email support and provided all proof of payment, including the UTR number and transaction confirmations. Despite this, they continue to deny receiving the funds, even though the payment was clearly processed successfully from my side.

I request that Parimatch urgently investigate this transaction and either refund the ₹4,999.40 (approximately $60) back to my bank account or credit the same amount to my Parimatch account. I have shared all available payment proofs and expect a prompt and fair resolution to this issue.
