I Face ₹30,000 Missing After Multiple Parimatch UPI Deposits


I am experiencing a serious issue with Parimatch regarding multiple deposits that have neither been credited to my account nor refunded. On February 20, February 22, and March 2, I made deposits via UPI using Paytm, totaling ₹30,000. All of these transactions were marked as successful on the merchant side, yet the funds have not been added to my Parimatch account, and no refund has been issued.
My Parimatch account is registered with the email address tiwaryrahul****@gmail.com and the mobile number 94251790**. I attempted to find a proper way to report this issue through your platform, but I was unable to locate any effective support channel or complaint option, which has made resolving this situation even more difficult.
I urgently request that you investigate these UPI transactions made via Paytm on the specified dates and either credit the full ₹30,000 to my Parimatch account or refund the entire amount back to my original payment method. I also ask that you contact me as soon as possible via my registered email or phone number and provide a clear explanation for this issue.
