Hay Day In-Game Purchase Missing After Payment Processed
On March 6, while playing the Hay Day game on my iPhone, I purchased an in-game decorative figure. Although the payment was successfully processed and $4 was charged from my account (converted from the original amount), the figure I purchased was never added to my game account.
I reported the issue through in-game support, but I only received a generic response telling me to close and reopen the game, which did not resolve the problem. Despite following that advice, the issue still persists, and I still cannot use the item I paid for.
I request that the figure I purchased be credited to my account immediately and without delay, so that I can access the content I paid for.
