Burger King Missing Items, Incorrect Preparation, and Cold Food

Tonight, I placed an order with Burger King at 7 PM for a simple meal consisting of 4 hamburgers, 2 orders of fries, and 2 colas. I couldn't imagine how difficult it would be to prepare such a basic order. To my disappointment, the fries were soggy, one cola was missing, and there were no ketchup, mayonnaise, straws, or napkins included.
I called to inform them about the missing items, and they promised to send the missing items. However, by the time they arrived, my burgers had already turned cold. They offered to replace the entire order, but the replacement fries were still soggy, and the burgers were now flat and dry. I didn't even bother mentioning the cold temperature, as there was already a significant delay.
At this point, I have no intention of ordering from Burger King again. It's clear that they don't value their customers if they can't even get a simple order of 4 hamburger meals right. If you can't handle this basic task, then don't offer it in the first place.
