I recently discovered that $49.99 was charged to my PayPal account on March 8, 2026, for a PDF Guru 1-week trial/subscription, listed under the descriptor *“PAYPAL APDFGURU UPOR.” The merchant is shown as Gurudocs Limited / PDF Guru.
I did not intend to subscribe to this service and was not aware that I would be charged this amount.
After noticing the charge, I contacted both PDF Guru and PayPal customer support, but I have not received any positive or satisfactory response so far. The $49.99 charge still remains on my account, despite my objection.
I am requesting a full refund of the $49.99 that was charged without my clear consent or understanding.
I kindly ask that the refund be processed as soon as possible and credited back to my PayPal account.
I expect this matter to be reviewed urgently and for the unauthorized charge to be returned to me.
