Every time I order from Burger King, they either don't send me everything I asked for or make my large choices smaller. We no longer bother to complain because it seems like no one hears us. We choose to pay with a card, but the delivery person insists on leaving the POS machine downstairs, saying that they only accept cash. Since I was out of town the night of June 22, I called in my order and stressed that it needed to be there in less than an hour. I told them again, just to be sure. But the package came 10 minutes before the taxi, and it was as cold as ice. Who knows how long the messenger had been carrying it around? And, as usual, the big items were served in small amounts. Still, I was charged for the bigger sizes. Even though many people complain about the same problems, the courier said that Burger King still makes money by selling things that they don't deliver.
