Burger King Courier's Unacceptable Behavior

Burger King's courier refused to leave my order at my door, even though it was overdue. Instead, he insisted I come to the front of the building. I couldn't get up due to recent surgery, so why should I have to get up? This situation prevented me from taking my medication on time, all because of the courier you employ. My food was missing for an entire hour, and the courier acted as if it didn't matter. He even invited us to his location. Later, he claimed to be a different courier and told me he had brought my order for the second time. He complained that the food was ice-cold, blaming his friend's behavior, saying, "If you had told me about the lady's surgery, it would have been your friend's fault." I kindly request that you initiate the necessary legal actions and investigate the misconduct of your employee. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
