I placed an order from the İstanbul/Turkey Ikitelli OSB Burger King Branch on April 27, 2023 with the order number 1984574222 via Trendyol Yemek. About an hour later, the restaurant canceled the order, there was no call made to me, the product I had waited for an hour and paid for was canceled without being called. This seems like a habit of them. How reasonable and acceptable is this done? Why did I wait for an hour, my order was canceled without calling. I request feedback on this matter, not just feedback but a big apology too. You can't just act irresponsibly and do this.
