Burger King Staff's Lack of Quality and Responsibility

I ordered 2 menus and 4 extra sauces at Burger King, anticipating a full delivery, but what I got was quite incomplete. The drinks and sauces that were meant to be part of the menus never arrived, and to make matters worse, the 4 extra sauces I paid for were also absent. I only received the hamburgers and fries. I attempted to report the issue, but it felt like no one was around or ready to help. It honestly seems like there's a lack of proper oversight and accountability in the team managing the orders. While I can overlook some occasional errors, the lack of accountability and response really leaves me feeling disappointed. I trust this feedback will contribute to enhancing the service.
