Burger King Serves Cold Food and Ignores Customer Complaint

I am writing this complaint regarding an issue I experienced with an order I placed at the Burger King location in Perlavista Mall on March 26, 2026, at around 8:10 PM. All of the items I received were cold. As soon as I noticed this, I requested a replacement and asked for the food to be prepared again.

I specifically reported the issue to the assistant shift manager, but not only was my problem not resolved, I was also met with a dismissive and rude attitude. I was very disappointed both with the temperature of the food and the behavior of the staff. My receipt number for this transaction is k350.

From a brand like Burger King, I expect products to always be served at the proper temperature and prepared according to standard quality guidelines. I also expect staff to treat customers respectfully and handle issues in a solution-oriented manner.
