Burger King Kemer Branch Sends Cold Meals Every Time

Over the past month, I have placed four delivery orders online from the Burger King branch in Kemer, Antalya, and every single time, the food arrived cold. My most recent order (#10613296111) had the same issue, even though I paid 350 in total.
I honestly believe that your branch’s decline in performance is not due to the end of the tourist season, but rather a result of staff negligence. If you check customer reviews across your delivery platforms, you’ll notice that nearly all comments over the past 2–3 months are negative — isn’t that telling? We’re paying for these meals, yet the service quality has dropped so much that I now hesitate before ordering, wondering if my food will arrive cold or stale.
I haven’t contacted the branch or customer service about this issue before. I request that future orders be delivered hot and fresh and that this recurring problem be resolved immediately.
