Burger King Does Not the Money They Charged Incorrectly

Burger King, mistakenly charged me weeks ago, and they still haven't refunded my money. Since December 1st, it seems like the so-called accounting department is on vacation or something because no one has bothered to deal with the issue. I'm taking this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board, and I'll even consider legal action against your so-called customer service representatives who attempt to help but achieve nothing. Not a single transaction has been made regarding my refund, and it's getting seriously frustrating.
