Unauthorized Double Charge at Burger King

On July 1, 2023, I called the Burger King at Aziz Mahmut Hüdayi, Üsküdar, Istanbul, to order a delicious burger. At 18:10, I used my bank card to pay 109.98 TL for the meal. But they said that their POS machine was broken and made me pay the same amount in cash. Even though the money was taken out of my account, the refund has been waiting for 16 days, and I've called customer service more than once with no luck. If they don't give me the money back soon, I'll go to the Consumer Arbitration Board and see what my legal options are. I want the amount I was charged to be returned right away.
