Burberry Shoes Changed Color in 3 Months, No Support from Customer Service

I purchased a pair of Burberry shoes, and within just three months, the color changed dramatically from gray to pink. I reached out to Burberry via email and WhatsApp to report the issue, but they dismissed it as a "user problem."

It’s unacceptable for a high-end product to undergo such a drastic color change in such a short time. I’ve taken proper care of the shoes, and this is clearly a quality issue, not a user error.
