Alexander McQueen Shoes Opened at Seams After Limited Use – Warranty Claim Denied
A year ago, I purchased a pair of Alexander McQueen shoes, and despite wearing them only occasionally, the stitching on the side seam came undone. I requested a replacement, as this is clearly a manufacturing issue. However, after inspection, I was told the damage was "user-related," which is not accurate.
I sent the shoes for a second review, insisting this issue is not caused by misuse. It is unacceptable for such an expensive product to show this level of damage after limited use, regardless of the cause. I expect Alexander McQueen to acknowledge this as a manufacturing defect and provide a resolution, whether through replacement or repair. Please address this matter promptly to resolve my dissatisfaction.
