Hugo Boss Shoes Torn Within a Week, Return Request Ignored

I don’t usually shop online, but I decided to purchase two pairs of shoes from this site, including a pair of Hugo Boss shoes. To my disappointment, the shoes tore on the upper part within just one week of use.

I returned the defective product, expecting a resolution. However, the shoes were sent back to me without any repairs or acknowledgment of the issue. This experience has left me frustrated and has reinforced my hesitation toward online shopping.

I demand that the defective pair of Hugo Boss shoes be replaced or refunded immediately. Ignoring customer complaints is unacceptable, especially for premium brands. Please take responsibility and resolve this issue promptly.
