I bought a pair of Graceland shoes expecting quality and durability, but after only two months of occasional wear, the fronts started visibly wearing out! This is completely unacceptable for shoes intended to last at least a year or two, especially given their cost. I brought the shoes back for product inspection, and they simply dismissed my complaint, claiming it's not their fault. Clearly, the issue lies with the poor-quality materials used, not with how I wore them! It's extremely frustrating to see my concerns brushed aside like this. Graceland, ignoring genuine quality complaints won't improve customer satisfaction! I demand you acknowledge this defect and immediately resolve the issue by providing a refund (₺) or a product exchange. Step up and stand behind your products!
